Luis Fernando is a Guatemalan business leader with extensive experience in strategic management and board participation across key economic sectors, including Grupo Magdalena and leading business associations. He brings to the Board strong business judgment, financial insight, and solid expertise in corporate governance.
JORGE MINI
Jorge is CEO and Chairman of Grupo Apolo, where he has led record asset growth without leverage, grounded in financial discipline and long-term vision. Former Co-CEO and a key architect behind the positioning of the Tiffany brand in the high-end residential segment, he brings strategic leadership, strong corporate governance, and sustainable value creation to the Board.
JUAN MINI
Juan is President and CEO of Gea Capital, is an investor, entrepreneur, and builder of business ecosystems focused on innovation and long-term growth. Founder of ZipRealty in the U.S. and the TEC Technology Campus in Guatemala, he brings to the Board strategic vision, pioneering experience, and a strong track record in sustainable value creation.
FELIPE FERNÁNDEZ
Felipe is Managing Partner at PeopleFund, with a background in investment and business development. He previously led business units and growth initiatives at Tigo Guatemala. He brings to the Board strategic vision, experience in dynamic markets, commercial transformation expertise, and value creation at the intersection of capital, operations, and innovation.
AYLEEN MINI
Ayleen is Director of Internal Audit at Grupo Apolo and a member of its Strategic Council. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate management and financial control, she leads audit, budgeting, and investment oversight. She brings technical rigor, a holistic business perspective, and strong corporate governance standards to the Board.
MARIA ARIZA
María is CEO of Bolsa Institucional de Valores (BIVA), where she has strengthened a stock exchange platform recognized for innovation and financing volume. With extensive experience in private equity and capital markets, she brings to the Board deep expertise in securities markets, financial structuring, and the development of sophisticated financing solutions.
